The frequency of sessions depends on the program you choose. Our standard package includes 6 sessions over 6 months, but we also offer customized plans to meet more frequently if needed. Typically, clients meet with their coach once every 2-4 weeks to ensure consistent progress and accountability.

We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Please note that PayPal invoices will include a 3% processing fee. You can choose to pay upfront in full or through monthly installments.

Yes! We offer virtual health coaching services, which means you can access our programs no matter where you are. Virtual sessions provide the same level of personalization and accountability as in-person meetings.

Health coaching is typically not covered by insurance. However, many companies offer wellness stipends or health savings accounts (HSAs) that can be used to pay for health coaching services. We recommend checking with your employer or benefits provider.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to accommodate other clients and helps keep your progress on track. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a missed session.
